2. Digital Products
Most products sold on this website are digital and non-physical. They are delivered via instant download and email immediately after purchase. Physical products (for example, our color analysis drapes) are covered in section 11.
You are responsible for ensuring that the email address and device used during checkout are correct and capable of receiving digital files.
3. License of Use
When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use it.
You may not:
- Share, sell, distribute, or sublicense the files
- Upload them to public platforms or cloud drives
- Claim the designs, templates, or text as your own
Violation of these terms may result in legal action.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payments are securely processed via our payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). We do not store any payment information on our servers.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We only offer refunds under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our digital products, including business losses, personal loss, or missed opportunities.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Physical Products, Shipping and Import Duties
Physical products, including our color analysis drapes, are shipped from Spain by international courier (DHL or UPS). You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.
Import duties are not included in the price. Orders to the United States are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP) basis. Customs duties, import taxes and customs or carrier handling fees charged by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or by the carrier are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient, who acts as the importer of record. The carrier will collect these amounts from you before or upon delivery.
As of the date above, U.S. import duties on textile articles originating in the European Union are up to 15% of the declared value of the goods, plus a carrier handling fee (currently about $17 per shipment). These rates and fees are set by the U.S. government and by the carriers, may change at any time without notice, and the amount you pay is the amount assessed by U.S. Customs and the carrier at delivery, which may differ from the figures stated here. We declare the goods at the value you paid for them.
Please keep an eye on texts and emails from the carrier. If duties are not paid or a parcel is refused or left unclaimed, the carrier may return it to us or hold it, and the shipping, duty and handling costs incurred may be deducted from any amount we owe you. By placing an order for physical products you confirm that you have read and accept this section.
