At usa.elementandstyle.com, all our products are digital and delivered instantly via download and email. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
❌ No Refunds for Digital Downloads
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once the order is confirmed and the download link is sent. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Digital style reports
- Color analysis kits
- Downloadable guides
- Bundled offers
✅ Exceptions — When We May Offer a Refund
We may issue a refund only in the following cases:
- Technical failure: You are unable to download the file and our support team cannot resolve it within 3 business days.
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally bought the same product twice and can provide proof.
- Incorrect product received: You received the wrong digital file.
In these cases, please email us at contact@elementandstyle.com within 7 days of purchase. Be sure to include your order number and details of the issue.
